A vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) is a mobile composed of communication between vehicles, vehicles and roadside units, pedestrians, in order to achieve traffic safety entertainment services. The design the routing protocol very important for realization service function VANET. Local optimum congestion problems are restraints traditional geographic protocols In this paper, software-defined (SDN) based unicast scheme an urban environment proposed, which uses Dijkstra’s algorithm find global optimal anchor path. RSU neighbor discovery through each can discover its RSUs, then periodically sends ant packets evaluates connection quality street segment according statistical data received, evaluation value SDN server time. has values all segments scope, from path be calculated. simulation results show that proposed better packet delivery ratio than other related schemes.
